I love life and all it has to offer.  That is probably why I dabble in everything:  I am like a "Jane-of-all-trades" if you will.  My interests and hobbies run a
wide spectrum but I especially have a passion for music and have made a lot of different kinds of it through my 24 years on earth.  Being raised in
southern Utah gave me my first sweet taste of country life.  I come from the one-stoplight town of Kanab.  With its radiant red cliffs and phenomenal
natural wonders, it’s no wonder it is said that once you've lived in Kanab the red dirt flows in your veins.  Kanab the country, is my roots and always
has a way of bringing my life back into balance.  The recipe for a sweet life is simplicity, love, laughter, an honest living, good people, and music.
Nothing fills my soul like singing my heart out.  It completes me in a way that nothing else I've ever found can.  The seed of music my parents planted
continued to grow up with me throughout the years.  I performed all over in various facets of my community:  solos, quartets, duets, choirs, vocal
competitions, church performances both singing and directing.  I sang the National Anthem in a duet for every type of sporting event and competition
my area offered.  My singing saga was strengthened in college.
It wasn't until 2006 that I met and married my husband, Bill.  He is the love of my life
and sure makes everyday an adventure.  We graduated college and he dragged me back to his hometown:  Las Vegas.  And here we are.  I was
adjusting to the new city looking for opportunities to perform and got swept away in a river – the Brazos River Band that is.  You can’t stop the music;
it flows through my veins.
Amie excelled as a KHS Music Sterling Scholar.  As if all this were not enough, she was a cheerleader, Drill Team Co-captain, and at BYU ~ she was a
member of the Polynesian Club Luau Tahitian dancer.  Amie is also trained in Ballet, jazz, modern, Latin, and Standard ballroom dancing and it
shows when she performs on stage!  This singing and dancing beauty was also Miss Kane County, KHS valedictorian, took 2nd. Place as a
RegDrama Medalist, organized Princess Pageant and fair entertainment, and graduated BYU Magna Cum Laud.
Amie is beautiful, a phenom of a singer ~ and funny as well.  We love her . . . you will too!
Amie Drew - Vocalist
Could that be our Amie with her sister trying to get a side job?  SURE IS!
Amie has been one of the lead singers with the BRB since I started the
project.  You will be hard pressed to find another woman who can deliver
a song with more drive and passion than Amie!  One other thing that we
love about her is that she not only cares about her performance, she truly
cares about each member of the BRB!  We love ya girl
